A model portfolio is a customized investment portfolio designed by financial professionals to achieve specific objectives. These portfolios include a mix of different assets like stocks, bonds, and other investments spread across various industries. The professional management team running the portfolio manages the investments according to set rules and adjusts them based on market events. Essentially, model portfolios serve as templates to help investors achieve their desired returns while managing risk effectively.
PinoyInvestor partner First Metro Securities, the brokerage arm of the Metrobank Group of Companies, recently issued this month's update to their Model Portfolios report. The Model Portfolios offer a diversified investment approach to target a particular risk and return objective.
