Bus terminals

Below are the terminals where you can find buses with trips Nasugbu, Balayan, and Lemery in Batangas via Tagaytay. You can alight at Fora Rotunda Tagaytay. The travel time is approximately 2 to 3 hours depending on traffic conditions and if the bus constantly stops for passengers to board.

  1. South West Integrated Provincial Transport System (SWIPTS) Terminal otherwise know as the ParaƱaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX) in Uniwide Coastal Mall, Pasay City. Choose from Lorna Express, DLTB Bus, San Agustin, Erjohn Almark, and BSC (Batman Starexpress Corporation). This should be closed already (read this news from UNTV News & Rescue and MMDA). But I included it because some passengers I met say they were still able to ride a bus here.
  2. HK Sun Plaza along Diosdado Macapagal Boulevard, Pasay City. Choose from Lorna Express, Erjohn Almark, and BSC (Batman Starexpress Corporation).
  3. BSC (Batangas Starexpress Corporation) Bus Terminal otherwise known as the Pasay Rotunda Transport Terminal in EDSA corner, Taft Avenue, Pasay City. Located behind McDonald's. Other notable establishments near this terminal are Dunkin’ Donuts, Chow King, and Sogo. Choose from San Agustin and BSC (Batman Starexpress Corporation). The fare as of May 18, 2019, is PHP 78.
  4. Buendia Bus Terminal near LRT Gil Puyat Station otherwise known as the Buendia LRT Station in Taft Avenue corner, Gil Puyat Avenue, San Isidro, Pasay City. Choose from DLTB, San Agustin, and Jam Transit.

Van Terminals

Below are the terminals where you can find vans with trips Nasugbu, Balayan, and Lemery in Batangas via Tagaytay. You can alight at Fora Rotunda Tagaytay. The fare ranges from PHP180 to PHP 200 but you can save time as the travel time is 1.5 to 2 hours.

  1. Van Terminal in front of EGI Mall (Jollibee) at the corner of Taft Avenue and Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue otherwise known as Buendia Avenue. I heard that there are vans going to Tagaytay from this mall until Olivarez Terminal only.
  2. Van Terminal in front of Starmall which is close to the MRT Shaw Boulevard Station at EDSA corner Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City. Only available during Saturday's and Sunday's.
  3. Van Terminal behind Jollibee and Kabayan Hotel near Metropoint Mall in EDSA corner, Taft Avenue, Pasay City. Walking distance from LRT EDSA Station and MRT Taft Avenue Station.

Where to ride a bus or van going back to Manila.

  1. Take note that there's no bus terminal in Tagaytay. Instead go in front of the CARD MBA, Inc. building which is a few steps away from McDonald's it is where buses usually stop for passengers to board. Buses are going to Lawton/Baclaran/Pasay. The fare as of May 19, 2019, is PHP 78 from here to Baclaran.
  2. Another alternative is to go to the Van Terminal going to Pasay in Olivares Terminal.
